INTRODUCTION
Oyuny Undra Properties, a subsidiary of Oyuny Undra Group was established in 2012 and operates in the field of real estate development and management and the main contractor that gathers talents and skills around the country in one place.
One of the main projects implemented by Oyuny Undra Properties within the framework of social responsibility to contribute to the local economy is development of the Zaisan Monument area, a famous historical site and one of the main tourist attractions in Ulaanbaatar. The Zaisan Monument area development project consists of Zaisan Hill, an entertainment and retail complex, Zaisan Square shopping center and Square Residence residential development.
